New Member From West Texas

recently found your website. a few years ago I met a 3rd generation treasure hunter in the Guadalupe mountains. he kinda took my buddy and my under his wing and passed on some tremendous knowledge and treasure he had been searching for, for decades. he passed away not too long ago. well, one of his trails he put us on, involves Jesse James name carved in a rock in south eastern New Mexico. this past weekend we made some headway on our search. My only problem is I have yet to find any evidence that Jesse James ever came this far south. closest thing ive found is he would hide out in Las Vegas New Mexico. anyone ever heard of him coming down to west texas/southeast new mexico?

Not too long ago I went to the library and read from a few books on
New Mexico.

I think if you scour through a few of the historical New Mexico you may get lucky.

Every page I turned taught me something.

There is a lot of history and much to learn about New Mexico.
