Hi. I am a new member here and love detecting.
I found this piece of metal yesterday on Jensen Beach Fl in wet sand.
After 10 scoops this what I found with my Nokta Legend at a strong 48 signal.
It is not magnetic.
Not sure if its from a gun, ship armor, or nothing of the above !!
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Anthony

Welcome to the forum from Oregon. Interesting find, but I have no idea what it is. Good luck in identifying it.

Welcome aboard! Looks to me like some fairly modern cast aluminum alloy. Maybe from a cap gun?
