New model Tesoros?

Anyone hear any scuttlebutt about any new model Tesoros coming out in 08? Just curious about what will be replaced in the future?

They are working on one or more? but according to Gifford,no word will leak out until the new one(s) are ready and that means having undergone sufficient field testing also.It will not be just a make over of any existing model(s).Same goes for Garrett.No estimate of completion dates.

A Cortes out of the stone age has been the dream of thousands for years. People have almost got down on their knees and begged James to upgrade the Cortes but it has till now fallen on deaf ears.

There is some buzz about 2 new machines being announced any day now. The speculation is that it will be from Tesoro. Of course, the ones that know for sure aren't talking yet.

Sorry, the new machines were just announced, and sadly, they are not Tesoros. Fisher has 2 new machines available March 1. The F5 and the F70.

Looks like First Texas is the only company making anything new these days.

Bummer - Was really hoping for a new Tesoro . . . The F5 looks interesting - though - kind of like an F4 with dials and eliptical coil.

You might be thinking of Fisher. They are releasing the new F5 and F70 sometime in March or May or so I've heard.
