Looks like the first letter is a D scratched in from the ink pen? This is the weirdest signature lol.These pics are magnified

It's a little dark but nice signature

It almost looks like Faulkner, but he was born in 1924.So not him, but maybe his father?To me, that is what the last name is, not positive though.

Also not H.Faulkners style.William Faulkner was in Mississippi during this time frame and was known for drawings and of course his writing. The sound and the fury.

I tried washing the new pics through Photoshop. They are just too dark.

Have you tried taking pics in sunlight?

Yeah I took a few but I'm going to try some other stuff when I get a chance
