Our pipeline of new sites/permissions have slowed up because of COVID restrictions but this Land-Mag contact had been on the back burner for about a year. (THANKS Land-Mag:hello2:) It was a fairly easy permission once he got to trust us, as he had an interest in History & Cropmarks.
Actually he once saw a cropmark that has never shown on any aerials & therefore it was unknown to the Archies. It was in the most unlikely spot of the field & if he hadn't said where it was, I would never searched it.
Therefore, the new name for this new site is 'Farmers Choice'.
On the less positive side, it's one of the smallest low yield sites we have ever done. Pretty much finished it in 1.5 hrs into the 5.5 hour hunt.
New permission is 1000 acres.

Fantastic finds as always - congrats ! :occasion14:

Congrats on the new site. 1000 acres? There have to be more sites in there somewhere. Good luck!
Yeap 1000 & yes must be another site somewhere, but we don't have time to stab in the dark but we will try the next farmers lead & depending on future options, maybe nibble away at the best looking spots,,,,,

1000 acres and no fair site bloody shame-Oh right you want the Roman stuff.

Would love a fair site, just no-way of targeting them that I know of?
