I had been spying an old farm house for about a year now, I even stopped in the spring when I saw a farmer in the Field, he said he only leased the fields I would have to ask the owner who at the time was very ill..I decided it was not worth bothering him at that time. about 2 weeks ago I was driving past the farm and the house was gone...gone...there was a job trailer on site. Today I stopped by and the project manager was on site, he told me they were building an industrial park but gave me and my crew permission to hunt until they get to that section.

I got 4 wheat's 1944, 1940, 1920, 1917...

a cool key, a button, a round buckle, and of course the 1824 Large cent with real nice detail.
there is a lot of trash to dig but Ill be going back...

WTG!!!! Nice looking LC, those old skeleton keys are so cool looking. Can you imagine having five of those keys on one key ring. LOL

TnT,
Great finds and very nice LC. Congrats to you.
Any idea what that small item is that looks like a game board piece? Is it hollow on the wide end?
I think I have one of those, but was never able to figure out what it was.
Thanks,
MM

Nice job on the permission.....I guess without that you don't have these....You're killing us,great find's!!

Hey TnT

Probably a lot more there.

I notice that all the coins, buttons, & things you dig are always in great shape. The soil in your neck of the woods is really kind as compared to other places.

I used to live in Arizona and there are still corn cobs laying around the old Indian ruins of 800 years ago. Some places are just kinder than others, i guess.

thank you for sharing with us

I think and I emphasise think it is a cuffling of some sort, I have a lot that are very similar only the end is usually not round...That is my guess anyway..TnT

You have some nice Relics there . I think your in the right area , keep searching and don't be surprised if some of the targets are very deep. Listen for those faint signals. WTG

Congrats on that LC TNT---very nice.
