New to Coin Roll Hunting.

I am new to coin roll hunting found this dime in my first $200 worth. It is a 1984 but is just as shiny as a 2013 dime. His face is almost like a flat dull color. I have it set next to a normal dull dime. I just thought it was odd thanks for any info.

From the pic I can't tell for sure, but if it has an "s" mintmark, its a proof.
