New to Sarasota, need treasure hunting leads, links, resources, etc.

We havent been in Florida very long but the hunt is on! If it's lost, legend, lore, wrecked, buried, whatever, we want to hunt it!
I would love your thoughts, ideas, resources, info, whatever you got.
Detecting the beaches is always the go to but I would really enjoy more historical hunts or adventures based on legends and such.
