Hello all

Just signed up to the forum. I moved from the UK to Newfoundland Canada a few months ago and its quite different. I bough a new Minelab E-trac in January this year but only just started getting to use it with the Newfoundland weather lol. I've had many different detectors over the years but my last machine in the UK was a Minelab Explorer SE Pro so it made sense to go for the E-trac this time.

Mark, Welcome to TNet from Michigan! You'll Love the E-TRAC and if you get into area with lots of trash, consider picking up a 8X6 or smaller coil. I rarely take my 8X6 off!

Welcome to TreasureNet Mark. Best of luck!

Welcome from Northern California. You are going to experience some real weather in Newfoundland In high school I had a pen pal from Cornerbrook. She was always jelious of where I lived, at the time if was Southern California. I think you are going to find some great artifacts, so much history there.

You've found a great place for information and fellow treasure hunters of all kinds -- welcome aboard mate!

Welcome from MI Tommy

Welcome from southern Maryland. There are some nice little Newfoundland 5 cent silvers that should have been hard to hold and easily lost by fishermen in the cold and wet conditions.

Welcome to Tnet from Mississippi

Welcome from Nova Scotia - Newfoundland is a great place - especially the West Coast - beautiful sand dunes in Bonne Bay! Good luck detecting.
