I purchased a garrett at pro went out a few times getting used to it already found a quarter dime and 59 penny so far.

Welcome to the forum from another Floridian. AT Pro is a very good machine, I would recommend purchasing the small coil also. If you plan on hunting the beaches get a scoop, for dirt digging get a pin pointer.
