I HAVE A QUESTION FOR THE MEMBERS HERE.I HAVE A VERY MODEST COLLECTION OF FLORIDA POINTS. I HAVE A PIECE THAT I PURCHASED IN AN AUCTION AND I,VE WANTED TO HAVE AUTHENTICATED FOR A FEW YEARS.I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH CARLOS A COUPLE YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS IN TAMPA ON BUISNESS BUT WE NEVER GOT TOGETHER.I KIND OF FORGOT ABOUT IT UNTILL RECENTLY.SEARCHING THE INTERNET I FOUND HIS SITE GONE AND READ ALL ABOUT THE BIG SCANDAL IN YOUR HOBBY.SORRY ABOUT BEING LONG WINDED ,SO MY QUESTION IS THERE ANYONE ELSE IN THE HOBBY THAT DOES AUTHENTICATIONS/APPRAISALS HERE IN FLORIDA?.ARE THERE ANY SHOWS SCHEDULED IN FLORIDA WHERE I MIGHT GET THIS DONE.THANKS FOR ANY INFO. Hope I get this pic posted. What I have is a 6"+ Simpson point in pristine condition. I have shown this to a few Florida collectors and they all did back flips. But all of them told me the same thing. You must get it authenticated by Carlos.Is he still or is anyone else available for this service. Thanks. Cudda
