I got my detector, simplex, yesterday. Brand new to the hobby and could use a hunting buddy. After my first 10 minutes scored a 1977 memorial. Going out now to see what else is in my yard. Went out for a few minutes, found a couple of relics. I don't know what they are but it is certainly fun. I also found another memorial and a 196? quarter. The last number can't see, need an eye loop magnifier, which is ordered. Could be dangerous when I actually know what I'm doing, lol.
