Nextdoor App.... permissions come to me!

So my wife got roped into the Nextdoor app, I thought it was just a bunch of old Bettie's looking for lost cats and complains about trucks being parked illegally, boy was I wrong!
The more I looked into it, the more I realized that this could be a great way to go door knocking, without the rejection.
I well written, thoughtful post, offering to not only ask for permission, but also offer a recovery service for lost items...

I was thinking of doing the same thing with this app. Offer my services for free in exchange of being allowed to detect on their property.
