Found a 1965 quarter, some regular old Lincoln pennies, a very old harmonica and this Buckle. I am thinking maybe a Knights of Columbus or Knights of Pythias ceremonial belt buckle
the bottom rocker says "In Hoc Signo Vinces" I think
