nice hunting conditions on a new creek

made it out to a new creek yesterday evening . we had cloudy skies and a little rain, sure beats bright sun and heat. it turned out being a nice evening to hunt. we covered probably 2 miles of creek.[attach3]

Nice finds. Those pieces have been rolled around in the creek for quite some time.

I really like old creek finds. I have found several old point's around creeks but we have never actually located a campsite. The way one creek is on our place it has three feeder branches that run into the main creek, so the artifacts could be washing in from one of the three feeder branches and getting into the main creek from most anywhere in the general area.

I agree it look's like they have been in the creek a long time. I like old creek point's with their well worn smooth look. It really makes you wonder who touched them last and when that time was. Those are some nice artifacts.
