copper2.webpcopper3.webpcopper1.webpcopper.webpFound 31 40s (1 69S) and 3 90s (1 ben and 2 64s). But take a look at this 68D edge looks solid copper and I don't believe that it has been colored. I can see the slits in edge. How can this be? I sound check everything, that's the only way I found it. I hope everyone can pick it out :laughing7:

Looks like a proof to me haha, anyways I come across those sometimes too, always BU coins for me
 
I have found a few 40's like that. Usually I miss the visual and get them by sound. But yeah, your not alone
 
That 68d is a casino coin. It has spent many years in casino's slot machines. The rim has been rubbed off to show the copper color. I found plenty of them already.
 
Many of my 66' half and dollars (Canadian) got that toning
