Nickel Box #7 - Not much, a proof was found.

Box 7 wasnt the usual Loomis box it was from N.F. String and Son, Inc. the rolls were much easier to get open, but the box didn't produce much.

Only 20 pre 1960's
1 silver, '45S
and an 1988s proof, my second proof.

Oh and 2 Canadian, really like those beavers.

I'm not really a fan of the loomis rolls either. The proofs are cool to find, I actually just found my first nickel proofs in my last box, I got 6 from it. You can check my thread for pictures

A proof coin is a coin struck using a special, high-quality minting process, and made especially for collectors. Modern proof coins often have mirror-like fields and frosted devices, although proof coins struck prior to the mid twentieth century are often distinguished only by their high quality surfaces. In all cases, the term proof always refers to a type of coin, or the way it was struck, and not to a coin's grade.
