Well, I have always wanted a New Jersey Colonial Copper coin. So, tonight I traded (15) mixed 40% silver half dollars for one!

A good trade and I am happy with my first NJ Copper.

As you can see, it was improperly cleaned at some point. Too bad...

Submit your age to Guinness. You might be the longest living person ever. You would be about 225 years old.
 
Looks like a 1787 43-d variety, nice coin.
 
You know, even though I collect colonials I don't get hung up on numerical grade. There are so many variations, planchet quality, strike,color, surfaces. I would say it has decent surfaces, color is off from the cleaning but may retone.
 
Thats a really nice copper,I'd like to find one like that.:thumbsup:
