No.1 Field - Day 7...

Continued the hunt on my own where Shuan7 & I left off yesterday, & I only had 3.5 hours of light.

This is the first outing on this field that I haven't had at least 1 hammered, but it had to happen. Still keep on moving closer...

I was happy with the good button to bad button ratio. Had a nice Tudor button but not as nice as Shaun7's :thumbsup:

3 Scrappies
2 Lead Tokens
Counterfeit Geo III Halfpenny
Lead Cloth Seal
Pretty cool plain Medieval Strapend, the longest & thinnest I have seen, its only 5mm wide at the thick end

Not yet, but there is enough to encourage me. Then after the plough I can get an idea of what has been thrown up. :sign13:

This field has thrown up the most pewter buttons I know, so a good chance of another Militia off this one :thumbsup:

Yes likely. That's how it is here, if we get into many pewters we figure a military is going to happen.
