No gold -but did get big silver and others

been doing good in fishing areas - to good in the sinker dept. but have
been getting some gold and silver hitting fishing spots lately for my lead digging efforts

have not been getting any fresh drops in the regular swim zones -
so been going to areas most others dont
was getting sinker after sinker then finally got a buffalo - good sign
started to grid the area as the tide was coming in
got couple of silver quarters a silver dime another buffalo
reached out as far as i could in deeper water - got a loud blast and thought I had
another sinker - was surprised when i saw large disc in the bottom of my scoop
rechecked the hole and got another loud blast - oh boy could it be another
no - ended up being rim from half a pair of sunglasses- oh well
still believe there is old gold out there - 2 trips to that spot has yielded
silver and buffalos - maybe the 3rd time will be the charm
will keep you posted

Boy right spot indeed....that gold isn't to far for sure. I only found two cookie half's in the past. Casper, Have you found or heard of anyone finding a cookies Morgan/Peace Dollar coins in the water!
