I looked on-line at MCC 25425. It showed St. Andrew Mountain Community Center in Ferry, WV. ZIP Code 25425. It’s a reach, but MCC are the initials for M ountain C ommunity C enter and the zip matches the item. Maybe something associated with this info.? Maybe not…. Good luck.
