I found these items at 2 different locations near each other. One was a home built in the early 40s. The larger brass piece appears to resemble corn or wheat and was once attached to something else because it is threaded at the bottom. the other brass piece resembles a shell casing and has what looks like a duck stamped on the bottom. The small round ball is lead and i believe it may be a musket ball. I haven't measured it yet but the location it was found was definitely occupied during the Civil War. City Point Va. The other item I am unsure about is the round disc with the small hole in the middle. Maybe just a washer.

The lamp finial is actually a Magnolia seed pod i believe. i saw one very similar online.

And i thought it was an old drawer handle or something. Thank you. I found the hinge about 2 feet away from it too.
