Is there anyone on this dowsing forum using a '' Nokta Golden Sense '' metal detector that will give some feedback as to how good or bad this detector is? If you rather not post on the thread,
a pm will do fine. Nothing like knowing someone else's experience before a purchase, AND, many
thanks in advance for your kind help.:coffee2::coffee2::coffee2:

I read the posts in that thread, the people who actually used the detector had positive comments and those who didn't try it were negative.

Many thanks Red Desert. It seems this one may be fairly new since so few answers.
You are right on about users and non users. Hope you have a great week.

Hey Art, with a little age and experience behind us ( and R D ) we DO learn a few things.
Thanks for the comment.

Hello Arthur

--I was glancing at the stone--in post # 5--and off the top of my head--it appears to be high grade gold ore --possibly in quartz.
Years ago I used to fire assay gold and silver. As a general rule of the thumb you usually do not see visible chunks of gold in the
gold ore unless it exceeds 100 ounces a ton gold ore--your specimen has at least twice that amount---so with out running a
fire assay--that ore seems to be running at LEAST $ 240,000.00 a ton.

So how is my ball park assay from a distance? Barton
