Dug this thing that is ventilated like a salt shaker or shower head. The back (or front) reads “patented Aug 5 1924 made in USA” below “Norida”. The ventilated part was partially pried off. Inside there is a false bottom. Around the edge there are two levers that maybe facilitate opening the “Norida” side but I don’t really know. Merc included for size.
