Until someone pipes in - take a look at Finally Got a Permit!!! however... (Jun 14, 2008) and Hunting in Pittsburgh (Oct 02, 2008)...

Allegheny county is very....vague on their do's and do not's in regard to MD'ing in parks. Most have the wordage as " no defacing soil, grass etc". I just opt to hunt outside of the county because anyone can bend the rules to say no to md'ing. Just my 2c.
