Anyone know any places to hunt for old coins ,relics in or near Trimble county Ky.? (Bedford)

Gotta get out there and find 'em man! I drove into Trimble County right before the cold snap we had and I saw lots of promising places, but I was just passing through en route to another site with my friend and two detectors in the car. Talk to the old timers. Collect stories. Do research. Scout out the history of the area. Look at old maps of your county. Check out old picnic groves/schools/homesites/church sites. Look at old postcards and photos. Talk to the historical society, if there is one there. Spend two solid weeks doing that and you'll have so many old coin sites you'll never have time to hunt them all.
