This watch has been with a bunch of stuff from my dad. It tests as 18K and appears to be an old Omega. I'd appreciate input from anyone with knowledge in this area.

I'd get a jeweler to have a look, or if you can take that back off.
Serial numbers will give you the details of the watch.
I do see the solid gold ones are from $1500-2000 asking price.
