Not much again this morning. I was at the beach early and hunted for 2-1/2 hours and only found 1 bobby pin, a barrette, 25 cents in clad and some junk. **sigh** Whoops! I almost forgot! One more hoop earring to add to my growing collection of hoops. This is #15. OK I know there will be better days so now I am going to go drool over the finds the rest of you have found. ::)

We probably would have seen you this morning as we got to the beach at 6 - but the 7-week old metal detector BROKE! Had to go home and send it out for repairs - White's was great about it  - Kellyco thumbs down. :'(

I apologize for the hijack mumzie, but fladphne, what the heck do you mean, "metal detector broke"????

That is my technical "talk". You could hear it was working but the coil did not pick up anything - so nothing was showing up - no beeps, no squawks, no lights. We have to send it back. So temporarily out of commission. BUT we will be back.

I must add to this post of mine in all fairness to KellyCo - someone from that company read the post and has been in touch with me trying to get to the root of the problem - but the machine has already been sent to White's. The concern was genuine and altho' the problem is being taken care of on my end, this person is going to make an effort to remedy it for future concerns. I thought that if nothing else this post might have helped in some small way. Thank you, Dan.

You can bet I will get to the bottom of the problem and make sure it does not happen again or at least do my best to try. If you have a problem with an item you purchase from us or even if you didn't, we are here to help the metal detecting community. Though we are not perfect at Kellyco, there is no reason we should not be willing to provide our customers with quality customer service that they all deserve.

Thanks for the new post and I will be back in contact with you shortly.
