NY artifacts, tools, need I.D. and poss. value

Im mostly curious on the 2 black chert items, the larger one is about 3 &3/4 of an inch long and has a knapped seam circling the all edges, I dont think its A spear point because the seam is not streight and it fits perfectly in a fist as if one would use it as a tool or scraper. The smaller black one also is knapped on all edges and shaped almost like a teardrop with the point bending off center, its about an inch thick with a smooth humped top ridge with the sides sloping down to the knapped edge "very hard to explain" I hope the pictures will help explain what im trying to describe. The gray stone is an axe as you can all see, about 3 1/2 X 3 " in size. These were all found in corn fields in the Ulster county NY region.
I hope someone out there can give a heads up on rarity and maybe value, none of my books really have any of these pieces listed.

Probably not a ton of monetary value but, they are good examples of material from your area.

they look like blanks or preforms that were just started. in my opinion there not a tool yet but they would have been with some more work

Any idea about the marks on the grey stone/axe ? Made by a plow or decidedly 'done' ??
