Obama half

While searching a box of halves I came across this odd Obama coin. It is just his picture slapped on a 2001 half. I tried to find any info about it on-line. Does anyone know anything about it? Is there any additional value?

they were advertised on tv as special made to celebrate his being elected.
I think the suckers paid about $25.00 a piece once shipping and handling was added.

I'm not sure I feel sorry for such loosers.

then just pick out the half & flush like you normally do,
when flushing waste
