Cyn, it's not just you; it wasn't working a lot of the time, but I'll admit, when it was, it was definitely spiffy.

Long day, will post tomorrow (I found a LOT of - what else - nails. Bent, rusty nails.

PLEASE, post your finds when you get the time, Hunters! The most startling I saw was from a young MDer (was it Caleb or Jacob ??) who dug and dug and dug to find a middle-buster plow thingy. Don't know how technical that term is, but it was about a foot tall and 1.5 feet wide, shaped like a dirt digging apparatus, and it weights about 15 lbs. That young man didn't give up!

And then there was Mr. Morph, who dug up 40 pounds of old farm equipment. My ancestors were sure sloppy! And he hauled it all home with him! In just two pieces!

Lots of stories, but I'll let everyone else share them first, more eloquently than I could. -Noodle

I don't know if anyone noticed, but I simply held a maniquin with the tutu that the LaLa girls made for me in the picture on page 23. Mastereagle, though, was spotted and later photographed wearing his camo tutu at the hunt. Where are the photos peeps?!!!! Mastereagle must be shown wearing this thing! Everyone will know right away who wears the tutu on our detecting team. ;D

But, BB, inquisitive minds want to know the truth............who really is the best zipper finder between you two? You? or ME?
Now, is it an aquired skill.........or.....a natural skill?

:icon_sunny: :icon_sunny: :icon_sunny: It sure brightens my day to come see what all you guys are up to! ME posted his zipper pull on his first set of things found. lol cracked me up! Definitely talented there huh Mel! The tutu's are adorable...the pics with them and their tutu have to be even better! rofl I know the picture BB paints of ME and his are to die for! The beautiful Nan can find old bent nails anywhere too....I wonder if she realizes what a talent this is? I would trade.....my ability to find foil for her ability to find nails! lol Some energetic folks there digging up farm equipment....wow! Not sure if I would have been able to keep up that kind of digging.....ummmm yeah, I would not be able to stop either....unless it was a tractor! rofl You guys keep on having a great time and taking lots of pics! I can't wait to see all of them! love ya all!! ~hugs~

OK Just to show everyone what Kind of sport I am. . . . . . ANYONE who has a Picture of me in the Aforementioned TuTu POST it for everyone to see.

I posted once on this forum that one of my goals in life is to bring a little smile and laughter to anyone I can. After 20 years of working in health care and seeing some bad stuff it's the least I can do!

So someone post it or post a link to it here for ayone who might want to see it.

After all the trouble the LaLa Sisters went to to make them and especially Roswellborn I was NOT going to dissapoint! I felt wearing it was the absolute least I could do!!!!!

I feel honored and blessed to have met each of the wonderful people in the Rowdy Bunch and having been allowed to join such a group of fine people and talented detectorists I am simply at a loss for words!!

HH and GB!!!!

(Oh by the way one of my tickets for the prize drawing was 022!!!!! Now how cool is that??? I only wished I had thought to pick it up off the table to put in my journal but my hands were so loaded down with all the prizes I had to carry back to the car I forgot them.

If you EVER get the chance to meet Noodle and her Husband you will have been very lucky. These people are the finest people on this planet!! Hands down.

Ok enough of the serious mushy stuff. My right leg is tingling this morning and my left eye is a twitchin. That can only mean one thing!!!!! I smell more Zipper Pulls!!!!!!!!!!!
