hunt logo has gator too close to boat [pirouge] takin drawing perspective.gator looks to be about a 13 footer 6 feet from boat.man is standing up poling NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I jus got back from fla we went to myakka river state park. claim most 10 ft plus gators anywhere.they every 6 to 10 feet along the bank like cordwood.them babies MEAN AND UGLY !!!!!!!! ill take the cute stuffed one anytime

We're floodin here today! We had over 4 inches of rain in 4 hours and it keeps coming down! Cape Girardeau has just been put under a state of emergency and all the schools are closing early and getting the kids home as quick as they can.

Everyone keep us all in your thoughts please.

I think perhaps a new section should be added to this forum just for the prizes that have been donated. It's gettin impossible to keep up with all the nice gifts and nicer people that have given so much. Maybe it could be placed in the Louisiana section. Who knows, it just overwhelms my little mind with so much nice stuff!!!!! Thanks to everyone for their giving......

Is anybody about to blow awwaaaaaay, or is it just me? Man! This weather is something else!

ME Are you and BB still with us We were just out in the greenhouse putting together the sink and hot water tank so "somebody" can wash dishes during the LBH, when we noticed that the walls were moving. hmmmmm. One's not anchored, like ... the southfacing one ... where the wind is blowing 25-35 steady, gusts to 42. Nothing like living on the ragged edge.

Hope everybody stays safe. River Rat, it's headed your way! And you, too, Nana! ME, are you floating yet? Talked to my dad in Galena. The James River is up to the bridge and not expected to crest until sometime tomorrow. Gonna get sloppy. Gotta go dry clothes and make coffee, just in case we don't have power in the morning. -Noodle

OH my goodness, ya'll! Prayers that you stay safe! All of ya! I know it was really windy here today and those storms will be here around 3AM. One positive note....our drought is quickly fading away! :P

illinois river at havana.flood stage is 15 feet.latest reading 18.6 feet.was there yest park half under water.1 to 4 in more forecast.
