This time next week, the east road through the woods will have been hunted and treasures brought forth! Crawfish, catfish, chicken, deer chili, corn, new potatoes, rolls, etc., and dessert will be devoured; not to mention the spirits. Some prizes will have been doled out and the bonfires will be well-attended! Daisy and Pepper will be worn to a frazzle, tents sprung up, full moon approaching, and the HUNT WILL HAVE JUST BEGUN!!!

Dans fiddle playing is the best! We got lap harps a couple that I know of the nose flutes, and kazoos, I also got rub sticks and maraccas, a jug, and if WSD brings his wash board there will be 2 so he wont have to play by himself all to share. And we just need spoons!

A special thanks to Ricky & Laurie, what a sweet donation. Yea, I bet you did try to find out some questions & answers. Nothing to be scared of...those questions are so simple that Cyangyl can answer them with no problem. Right Cyndi?

Noodle, rub sticks are (if memory serves me right) are one plain stick and the other has notches.

Im not sure what a "refer for the hunt" is But I dont think any reffer should be allowed

Yeah, let me expand on River Rat's comment. ALL MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS ARE WELCOME!! You can hide 'em in your truck until you just can't stand it anymore, but let me tell you ... you WILL bring 'em out sooner or later. It's a redneck band and EVERYBODY, large/small, smart/smarter, loud/soft, rich/poor, old/young, etc. Everybody is welcome!!

Unless you're night hunting with diehards like MasterEagle or Baldingboy, you might as well be singin' and dancin'!

Yeah, Evy, and I didn't even do them back then! $:-\$ Just was a choir girl back then, as I recall. ::)

But the stuff is so much meaner these days. Gads, the junk out there that can mess you up so bad. I've seen the before-and-after pics of meth users. Gawd!! And crack is sooooo pervasive and controlling. I have my vices, true, and you all probably know what they are, especially WSD, ::)
