Oh...'dA BONES, oH ...'da Bones........
Hey Ya'll, Some days, if it wern't for bone stuff, I wouldn't find much at all.
The tide was out so I went to pay my respects to an old shell midden area I've hunted for 35 years. I left some tobacco offering on the same stump as I had for years now, and looked up and saw about 75 feet of newly exposed shell that used to be covered by about 3-5 inches of mud. Never actually seen it before, but I knew it was there, 'cause I felt it with my probe years ago.
I had only about 20 minutes to kill before a meeting, so I got after it.
I was on my knees scraping thru some new exposed shell , and within minutes these awls and gar scale points exposed themselves. So I put my glasses on, and found these two worn out finger knives in the same 4 square feet. Who'd figure? Lone Star
