OHHHH...The Smell of Fresh Cut Hay

Went out this afternoon. Started out at the site where I found the button but nothing interesting found there today. So I decided to go back to the blue barn. I have been there many times and it always lets me have a keeper or two. The barn was full of fresh cut hay and the aroma was so sweet. I could have stayed there all day. I did get a couple of keepers. One is a 1880 Indian penny and the other was a little bracelet. In case you don't know, or remember the story, this barn was built on a site where an old house burned down many years ago.

Hi Nana, I see you are back to collecting bullets or in this case shot gun caps. I would be happy with even that these days have only been able to get out once in the last month because of my heath, I'm hoping I can get out there a few more times. What is the vine in the back ground is that what they call Kudz or somthing like that??

And Badger....true life. And yes...I can be a bit on the ditzy side...BUT..I do have an explanation. You see, when I first dug the bracelet/knife fob, I saw the back side first, and it has what looked like another hole on the opposite end of the side that has the chain. I thought...'Oh no...I must have broken the other end of the chain off. So...I looked for it...and for some reason couldn't find it. And then....when I posted the picture above....I didn't even notice that there was no hole on the opposite side! :P
AND...thanks to you guys, I now have my first knife fob...not a silly ole bracelet!

And the names on the shells are: UMC CO....US....REM-UMC...Peters...they are all 12 except for one of the US..and it's a 16.
