Hope someone can help me find out what this is. It is stone about the size of a cantaloupe. It was found in Ohio near a creek. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Is it pottery? Hard to tell in the picture.

It is a geode formed by glaciers if you cut it open it would have different looking crystals in them! I find them all the time in creeks here in Ohio!

Thank you all!:notworthy:

Use a Mason's saw to cut it open or just chisel around until it cracks! Post your findings on the Geo Forum. Pretty cool!
