Oily jiggler?

Second day estate sale---everything was half price. I gave 50 cents for this......Is it an "oily jiggler"? What do the letters on it's belly stand for? It says "C. RDF 69".
I haven't found one like this on eBay. Thanks for any help!

The C is copyright. Russ Berrie is the maker I think. I believe it is an oily jiggler! Nice 50 cent find!

That name does bring to mind something nasty, doesn't it? They feel kinda oily though and do jiggle.
The prices are all over the place so I listed it for $300 or best offer. We'll see what it brings.

Yes, they are! I couldn't believe it was still there on the second day of the estate sale. People tend to overlook them....I guess it's because they're kinda nasty feeling.
