KellyCo has made a believer out of me, as well as a continuing customer. Margaret is truly the Mother Theresa of the metal detector world. This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had a rather long and complicated issue, but KellyCo and Margaret stepped up and resolved it.

well ditto here. I've ordered from them off and on since 80's and never had a problem. It's been awhile since the last time I ordered from them but I did order stuff this very week. We'll see how they do but I'm not expecting any change from previous experiences (which were good).
