I'm ready already! Bring back the hot, muggy, oppressive heat!!! :(

I had about four hours to walk, figured it to be chilly, so I dressed for it....or so I thought! :(

I lasted about 45 mins!!

For the time spent, not too terrible. But it was just too much for me! I may try again but you can bet on about 20 lbs more of clothing before I do! :dontknow:

This one almost caused me a coniption!
This is what I saw in the hole:

Anyway, this nice lil surprise made it all a little bit easier to take:

Interesting little piece too.
I still can't make up my mind what its made of, I expect, silver. But, its not marked anywhere!

I ran out of silver testing fluid but it completely passes the 10kt test. Does silver usually do that? I never checked before.

Thanks for peeking folks! If you go out, bundle up!!!

You did very well for a cold day! We're done up here, the high temp is below freezing and my butt fell off the other day in the cold!

I’m going out Saturday with enough layers I won’t be able to bend down, I’ll tie my pin pointer to a stick and bring one of those grabby things old folks grab cans off of high shelves with, or I’ll blackmail my son and make him do it.
