Yep A2, After seeing the bigger pictures, it looks like it's just folded over and creased at the end. I have no idea if it's glued or not but it appears to be a standard $20 bill....with a crease. Micky D's please.

Edited: After looking at the new pics, it appears that the end of the bill/note is just folded over and is concealing the "0" in "20" and much of the border.

All errors have collectable value. How much, I don't have a clue. There are websites to research it though. Or just pop it on an auction site with a reserve at least face value and see what happens.
