Old Anchor Button

Hello!

I just wanted to post a photo of an old button that I picked up and see if anyone could attach a date to the button.

To give context of where it was found. It was found on the ground in Washington state on the columbia river, across from the old Fort Dalles in Oregon.

Scovill used a variety of permutations for their backmarks. The format SCOVILL MFG CO. * WATERBURY * as on yours is generally believed to have been used from around 1902-1918.

I would assume Navy coat button.
