not very much really, for the American stuff, 2 to 3 times the face value for the most part. It is all about condition, any wrinkle, fold or discoloration drops the price considerably. Check ebay.... there are hundreds for sale on any day.
 
I agree with Unclemac. Probably just a little over face value for the American money. As with coins, condition is a big part of the value, and those all look like they've been in a few pockets over the years. They are however, neat to have because of their ages.
