Old Dior Cufflinks

My grandmother gave a pair of gold dior cufflinks a few years and looking at them I want to know the history behind them or what they're called etc. I've been searching for a while and can't seem to be getting any results. Can anyone help me in identifying these cufflinks?

Dior made a large variety of designs in cufflinks... I don't think yours are solid gold, but gold plated. I don't see your exact pair, but sorting through these recent eBay sales I'd say yours could sell for $25. to $35. on a good day dior cufflinks | eBay
