✅ SOLVED Old Pin ID Needed... Buckle?

This pin looks like an old buckle to me. It has an early 1900's locking mechanism on the back. Does anyone recognize this pin? Military? Buckle? It is small and only measures 3/4"long by 1/2" tall. Here's the pics-

I think that would qualify as being an art nouveau sash buckle brooch.
