Old pumps are quite collectableNice pic! There is a lot going on in that image.
I doubt if anyone thought about it at that time.Wonder if the last person to use it knew they were the last and that the final price and number of gallons they bought would one day be known online through a digital photograph taken decades later.

🤣 Imagine being at an old gas station and then one day the gas station pump is in a museum. I bet nobody ever thinks random old stuff they consider garbage will be considered sacred artifacts one day - least of all a old rusty gassoline pump, and yet we treasure them now because they're neat and remind us of the old days.I doubt if anyone thought about it at that time.![]()

I saw whilst chanel surfing the other day an old pump like that turned into a beer keg and the beer came out the nozzle like petrol. It was pretty cool really.Roadside snapshot.. This old pump caught my eye as we were on the way home from Grangeville a couple of days ago. This is all I could see of it. Took the picture from the road.
