Took an hour early this morning to swing the coil at the beach before I went on a ring recovery mission. Didn't find the ring, but came up with a different one from the beach. As I was working the cut I got a choppy but repeatable signal, almost on the surface, as was the ring. Out came a set of chompers! Got the usual handful of 1920's-1960's pennies. Went to the house where dude lost his ring a year ago, but the brush was really high where he thinks it came off his finger. Did manage to dig up a UTEX tag, some clad and a 1954 20 Centimes. Not sure what the buckle thing is, but it was DEEEEP! Thanks for looking and HH

Nice finds but you can keep the choppers! Thanks for sharing...

looks like you have some spare teeth to work with! too bad they didn't have gold

Too bad they weren't gold teeth !

Interesting to say the least

Nice finds! You can try putting the teeth under your pillow, but I doubt the tooth fairy will give you much for them.

I could be wrong, but I believe those chompers would be held together in a silver setting. So you might want to check that. Consider that they are in the mouth and just any metal wouldn't work.

They come up as 12:20-12:25 on the etrac. Not too sure what they are held together with. White gold would be nice! The ring is actually sterling! It's soaking in lemon juice and I can see the silver and STER with a hallmark starting to show through the crud!

Are you gonna try to return them to the owner:laughing7:It looks like they make a wonderful display!

I can rember one time my buddy butch pulled out of his pouch a full grill, I was shocked when i saw it glad I had gloves on when I put it in my hand but it was real gold marked 14k and dated 1994...

Nope your correct. Usually a partial bridge like that is affixed with gold or silver. Silver is less common.

I'm really hoping it's white gold. 12:20-12:25 on the etrac...must be made of pull tabs lol...or gold :)
