Nice Beauty! Just a guess from what I've learned over the last 6 years. Belcher stone mount, Popular during the early 1900's, Hallmark is more modern..My guess Late 20's to late 1930's.

I dug two last year with the same stone mount, both found at a beach that dates 1900's to 1947's
