Highly doubt the stones are real any way to tell

The stones aren't real. Real stones would be mounted with the back side open. When the back of the so called stone is mounted in sort of a cup with reflective material in the cup, then you know the stone is glass. Above and to the right of the green stone, you can see the cup that a stone in missing.
