Old Silver Ring

Dug this old girl out of a old yard.

I found 5 wheats, and I was shootin for a silver coin. I found a little patch of jewelry, all junk, except for this!

Can anyone comment on an age?

There is no makers mark, or if their was, it's worn.

The stone is missing.
