Your spoon bowl has finned shoulders, which didn't really begin appearing on American-made spoons until around the 1820s/1830s. It also has a very thin stem, which was a way to conserve the amount of metal needed to make utilitarian items like spoons and would be consistent with that kind of dating. Without the rest of the spoon (or some marks) it's not really possible to tell how much later than that it could be... but it won't be earlier.
